Special Needs / Older Adult Fitness

We provide custom training services for elderly or special needs clients. Low impact exercise programs and stretching to help elderly people maintain mobility and reduce chance of injury. We also can help adults rehabilitate from injuries with custom fitness programs.

Fat Loss Programs

LMH Fitness will build a custom fat burning aerobic and weight training workout schedule along with nutritional counseling to meet your weight loss goals. With our one-on-one fitness and counseling approach we will track your progress and encourage you to reach your goals.

Nutritional Counseling

Need help with starting a new healthy diet? We can offer you suggestions and eating advice to reach your nutritional goals.

In-Home Training

Have an in-home or neighborhood gym? LMH Fitness can come to you, providing a custom training schedule on your own time in your home based fitness center.

Our group classes are one hour and only $30 per session ($95 for four). Personal training is for one hour.
